We will also look at the necessary requirements when planning travel and accommodation for those within a business and how to select different diary systems in order to schedule and monitor work roles in a company.

Knowing how to plan and create various different business documents will ensure that you can communicate with different stakeholders in a convenient and suitable manner. In this part of the course we will explore how to organise and create documents while ensuring that data protection and confidentiality laws are not broken. We will also look at methods of distributing data using appropriate methods.
